What is the relationship between browser count and license key?
Each license key allows you to activate TikInsights on a specific number of browsers. For example, if you purchase a plan with 3 browsers, your license key can be activated on up to 3 different browsers. Each browser activation is tied to a unique device identifier.
How do I find my license key or restore my purchase?
Your license key is your proof of purchase. You can find it in two places: (1) on the Payment successful page right after checkout, and (2) in your Dashboard under Licenses—copy it anytime. Use the same key in the browser extension to activate; there is no separate recovery step. The key can be used on up to your plan's browser limit. If you lost the key and no longer have access to the account, contact help@tikinsights.com with your purchase email.
What happens if I exceed my browser limit?
If you try to activate TikInsights on more browsers than your plan allows, the activation will fail. You can manage your browser associations at any time in your Dashboard. Simply remove the association from a browser you no longer use, and you'll be able to activate it on a new browser.

How does subscription work?
Subscriptions bill automatically on a monthly or yearly basis. You are charged at the start of each billing period. Your license key remains valid for the current period, and you keep access to all features until the period ends. You can switch or cancel from your Dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then. No questions asked.
What is your refund policy?
